Meet Thevaki Kulendran, a visionary dietitian leading the charge in chronic disease prevention through culturally appropriate nutrition and food education and therapy.  With a deep understanding of diverse dietary practices Thevaki creates culturally centered solutions to empower clients to make informed decisions about food and nourishment, thus bridging the gap between traditional practices and wellness with passion and expertise. She is on a mission to help people living with chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes mellitus, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, fatty liver and heart disease find solutions that transform their eating habits and overall health. Thevaki holds a bachelors in arts from the University of Toronto, a bachelors of science and masters in health communication from Toronto Metropolitan University. She completed her dietetic training at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center and is certified diabetes educator and public speaker.
